ACQUIRED ICHTHYOSES ICD-10: L85.0
• Occurs in adults.
• Associated with malignancies (Hodgkin disease but also non-Hodgkin lymphomas and other malignancies), HIV, sarcoidosis, hypothyroid, and drugs (nicotinic acid, targeted chemotherapy, hydroxyurea).
• Can occur with kava drinkers: kava dermopathy.
