โข Occurs in adults.
โข Associated with malignancies (Hodgkin disease but also non-Hodgkin lymphomas and other malignancies), HIV, sarcoidosis, hypothyroid, and drugs (nicotinic acid, targeted chemotherapy, hydroxyurea).
โข Can occur with kava drinkers: kava dermopathy.
