• Very rare, genetically heterogeneous disorders which all have the porokeratotic ridge described for DSAP.
• These porokeratoses are porokeratosis of Mibelli, disseminated superficial porokeratosis (DSP), porokeratosis palmaris et plantaris disseminata, punctate porokeratosis, linear porokeratosis, and a syndromic form.
