INFANTILE DIGITAL FIBROMATOSISย ย ICD-10: M72.850
โข A rare form of superficial juvenile fibromatosis.
โข Presenting as asymptomatic flesh-colored or pink firm nodule on the fingers and toes (Fig. 9-52).
โข Appears in the first year of life, less commonly in childhood.
โข Histologically interlacing bundles of myofibroblasts with eosinophilic inclusions.
โข Benign. Spontaneous regression is rare. Treatment is surgical.
