INFANTILE DIGITAL FIBROMATOSISย ย ICD-10: M72.850

โ€ข A rare form of superficial juvenile fibromatosis.
โ€ข Presenting as asymptomatic flesh-colored or pink firm nodule on the fingers and toes (Fig. 9-52).
โ€ข Appears in the first year of life, less commonly in childhood.
โ€ข Histologically interlacing bundles of myofibroblasts with eosinophilic inclusions.
โ€ข Benign. Spontaneous regression is rare. Treatment is surgical.
