症候群性魚鱗癬 (syndromic ichthyoses)，ICD-10：Q80.9。
- 此為一群罕見的症候群性魚鱗癬，其魚鱗癬樣的皮膚變化 (ichthyotic skin changes) 與代謝性及／或功能性與結構性異常 (metabolic and/or functional and structural abnormalities) 相關。

圖 4-15：角膜炎–魚鱗癬–耳聾症候群 (Keratitis-ichthyosis-deafness，KID syndrome)。臉頰、鼻尖與耳部的角化過度 (hyperkeratosis) 及稀疏的毛髮為此症候群的特徵，屈側皺褶與手背的角化過度亦然。此外，尚有角膜炎 (keratitis) 與聽力喪失。
圖 4-16：Netherton 症候群 (Netherton syndrome)。環狀線狀魚鱗癬 (ichthyosis linearis circumflexa) 由帶有脫屑的蛇行狀類乾癬樣紅斑 (serpiginous psoriasiform erythema with scaling) 組成，並與結節性脆髮症 (trichorrhexis nodosa，竹節狀髮 bamboo hairs) 相關。
