全身性過敏性接觸性皮膚炎 (systemic ACD，systemic allergic contact dermatitis)。
- 發生於個體在先前曾發生過敏性接觸性皮膚炎 (ACD) 的過敏原，再以全身性途徑暴露之後。
- 為一種延遲型 T 細胞媒介反應 (delayed T-cell–mediated reaction)。
- 範例：對 ethylenediamine 的過敏性接觸性皮膚炎 (ACD) → 後續對 aminophylline（其中含有 ethylenediamine）產生反應；毒葛皮膚炎 (poison ivy dermatitis) → 後續對攝食腰果 (cashew nuts) 產生反應；此外亦包括抗生素 (antibiotics)、磺胺類 (sulfonamides)、propylene glycol、金屬離子 (metal ions)、sorbic acid 與香精 (fragrances)。
