定義
- 全身性過敏性接觸性皮膚炎 (systemic ACD)：個體先前曾對某過敏原發生過敏性接觸性皮膚炎 (ACD)，之後再以全身性途徑暴露於該過敏原時所引發。
致病機轉 (pathogenesis)
- 屬延遲型 T 細胞媒介反應 (delayed T-cell–mediated reaction)。
常見過敏原與範例
- ethylenediamine 的 ACD → 後續對 aminophylline（含 ethylenediamine）產生反應。
- 毒葛皮膚炎 (poison ivy dermatitis) → 後續對攝食腰果 (cashew nuts) 產生反應。
- 其他：抗生素 (antibiotics)、磺胺類 (sulfonamides)、propylene glycol、金屬離子 (metal ions)、sorbic acid、香精 (fragrances)。
